When you visit Woolsey Hall in New Haven we hope you will take
advantage of the following services.
Box Office
The main Box Office for the NHSO is located at the Shubert Theater, 247 College Street, New Haven, CT 06510. On performance
days, the Box Office at the concert hall opens one hour before
the performance and remains open until after intermission. For

Coat Rooms
Coat rooms are available on the balcony level at Woolsey Hall.
Disabilities
There is a special entrance for individuals with disabilities
through the Beinecke Courtyard.
Drinking Fountains
A drinking fountain is located on the first floor of Woolsey
Hall near the stairs leading to the Ladies Restroom.
Elevators
There are no elevators in Woolsey Hall.
Refreshments
We are delighted to offer a refreshment stand at our concerts
in Woolsey Hall. Beverages may be enjoyed in the first and second
floor lobbies during intermission. We hope this makes your evening
more enjoyable. Refreshments are not permitted in the seating
areas.
Restrooms
Restrooms in Woolsey Hall are located on the lower level below
the main lobby.
Telephones
A pay phone is located near the ladies restroom on the first
floor.
