Under the direction of Music Director, William Boughton, the NHSO presents performances by resident players
with world-renowned guest soloists. In addition to classical
music, the Orchestra hosts a Pops series in New Haven and
in nearby Shelton, Connecticut.
The NHSO also maintains an active community presence with
numerous educational and family programs, Young People's Concerts
and performances in outdoor parks throughout Greater New Haven.
